About
Sherri Caldwell-Bentley, M.Ed., LPCC
I’m a licensed professional clinical counselor, licensed in the state of Kentucky since 2013. I acquired my BA in Psychology from Spalding University in 2004 and my M.Ed. in Human Development and Mental Health Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College in 2013. My experience in therapy practice began at Home of the Innocents in Louisville, KY where I worked community-based youth and children just released from in-patient hospitalization, transitioning back into their home. Prior to that, I worked with families in crisis through several non-profit groups in the Louisville area.
I am owner and lead therapist at Solutions thru Counseling, where I focus on solutions with clients and empower them to seek change and enrich their lives. I provide a safe space to process life’s transitions to build a stronger present and power future. While I work with a wide range of clients, I have a passion for working with women and children who struggle with self-esteem, depression, anxiety and trauma. If you are struggling with sadness, anxiety, or simply being overwhelmed and need a safe, non-judgmental listener, I am committed to helping you discover the solution that’s right for you. It’s my hope to provide individuals the opportunity to transform their lives and help them find balance.
Andrea Dunlap, M.Ed., LPCC
A licensed professional clinical counselor, I acquired both my bachelor’s degree in Human Services and Counseling and my master’s degree in Counseling and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College. I am a person-centered clinician, which means that I collaborate with you to come up with the goals you want to work on in therapy; it truly is all about you! Coming from a community mental health background, I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults- with 25 years of experience working with children and parents. I work with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, anger outbursts, and low self-esteem. I believe it is a privilege to be a part of your journey and offer an empathetic, non-judgmental environment in which we can work together to find balance in your life.
